UPDATE Nov 9th:
We turned on the new server backend late on Nov 8th. We are continuing to test and monitor.
We are in the final stages of testing an Android and iOS release, which will be out in the next few days.
Original post:
What’s happening?
We will be taking the server offline to make the necessary updates required for the web version. This means that the barcode catalog will be unavailable (for scanning and searching), plus there will be a pause to data syncing to the cloud.
When?
November 2nd, 1 am PDT (4 am EDT). We anticipate it will take up to 12 hours to complete our updates.
What’s next?
When the server is back online, syncing will resume, and you’ll be able to access the barcode catalog. You’ll also be able to request the PDF format of the inventory report (previously unavailable for larger accounts).
Once we have completed one final test of the new app versions (iOS and Android), we will release them to the respective app stores. It can take time for Apple/Google to approve the app for release, so a follow-up email will be sent when it is available for you to upgrade your device(s).
At that point, we will be able to release the web version!
If you see any new issues after the update, please let us know by emailing us at support@ColorMyLfe.com. We will actively post on our support page and FB page, plus “CML Insiders” group with the latest status and any issues found.
Update 11/2/2022
Things are progressing well. Today’s work avoided taking the server down, but there will be a brief outage tomorrow.
there is no update update about the website. what’s happening with it?
Thanks for checking. The new server is up and running. We finished our testing late yesterday (Nov 8th) and switched over to using it. We are continuing to test and monitor.
The next step is to release a new Android version, which is in the final stages of testing. That will be followed soon after by a new iOS version.
